Shipping & Pickup Policy

At Lighting Station, we strive to provide a seamless shopping experience, from order to delivery or pickup. Please review our policy details below.

1. Store Pickup (Click & Collect)

  • Location: 608A Rosebank Road, Avondale, Auckland
  • Pickup Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00 AM – 4:30 PM.
  • Weekend Pickups: Saturday pickups are available by prior arrangement only. Please contact us to schedule your Saturday collection.
  • Notification: You will receive an email notification as soon as your order is ready for collection. Please do not visit the store for pickup before receiving this confirmation.
  • Collection Requirements: To ensure a smooth collection process, please bring a copy of your order confirmation receipt and your pickup reference number.

2. Flat Rate Shipping

We offer convenient flat-rate shipping directly to your door via our trusted courier partners.

  • P.O. Boxes: Please note that we are unable to deliver to P.O. box addresses.

Shipping Timeframes:

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 72 business hours (Monday to Friday) using NZ Post. Estimated delivery times once shipped are as follows:

  • Auckland Region: 2 business days
  • North Island: 2–3 business days
  • South Island: 3–5 business days

Shipping Rates:

  • Auckland Region: $9
  • North Island Region: $25
  • South Island Region: $35

Signature Requirement:

For the security of your order, a signature is required upon delivery for all shipments. If you prefer to provide specific "leave authority" instructions for delivery without a signature, please arrange this directly with the courier once tracking information is provided.

3. Dispatch & Delivery Information

  • In-Stock Items: We aim to dispatch all in-stock items within 3 business days of your order confirmation.
  • Back-Ordered Items: For items that are on back-order, delivery will be arranged as soon as stock becomes available. We will keep you informed with direct updates regarding the status of your order.
  • Order Changes: Please be aware that once an order has been shipped, we are unable to make any changes or modifications.

4. Important Receiving Instructions

Upon receiving your package (whether via courier or store pickup), we kindly ask that you inspect all items for any damage. Any issues or damages must be reported to us within 7 days of pickup or delivery. If no damage report is made within this 7-day timeframe, the product will be considered accepted in its received condition.
