LIGHTING STATION RETURN POLICY
Overview
We want you to be happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase from LightingStation Store and wish to return it for a full refund, we accept returns up to 15 days after Delivery&Collection.
The returned item must come back to us in the original condition along with the original invoice as proof of purchase from Lighting Station.
When the goods are received in an original and resaleable condition, we will refund the purchase price to you within 5 working days of the receipt of the returned goods excluding shipping. Please note, we are not responsible for the return postage and are not responsible for any shipments lost or liability for packages damaged in transit back to us. Therefore, packages must be traceable, insured, and must require a signature upon delivery.
Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods cannot be returned.
Additional non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Installation fee
- Book with obvious signs of use
- Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Any item that is returned more than 15 days after delivery
HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER ?

Lightingstation will acknowledge your notification via email.

WHERE IS MY REFUND?
We will always try to be as soon as possible; however, sometimes refunds can take up to 5 working days to process depending on your bank or payment provider. Payments will be refunded to the original payment method, excluding the cost of shipping.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

WHAT ABOUT SALE ITEMS?
Only regular priced items may be refunded; unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.
WHAT ABOUT AN EXCHANGE?
If you need to exchange an item you purchased from us for the other design, send us an email at infolightingstation@gmail.com. The same return policy and process applies under the how to return your order instructions. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary. Shipping charges may apply.
